I am currently studying Masters' of science (biology) in Fresno State. My area of interest is Medical Microbiology and immunology. I completed Bachelors of science (Zoology) in 2013 from Mumbai University. GPA- 3.64 IELTS- 7.5/9 Study Abroad semester at Kyoto prefectural University, Japan in Environmental Science and Disaster Management.
Experience
I enjoy teaching. I was a high school biology tutor in my undergrad. I am currently a Teaching Associate at Fresno State, I teach an introductory Biology class focused on students with non-science majors. I feel a great way to learn is to teach. I love to help students improve their skills and make an impact on their career. It makes me happy when I am part of someone's success, when someone gets through the subject they always thought was challenging. And I love making friendships, Meeting new people and understanding their perspective. I have been part of Nature club, PETA India and Women development cell, I have volunteered in educating homeless children.
